My Experience with L’Oreal Hair Spa Deep Nourishing Shampoo

Lets start with my hair type: I have curly, medium length, slightly on the dry side and frizzy hair. I wash my hair every alternate day and I use hair conditioner twice a week.
L_Oreal_Hair_Spa_Deep_Nourishing_Shampoo
The shampoo comes in an opaque mint colored plastic bottle with flip-top cap. The nozzle does not dispense much shampoo in one single go. The product is dull white in color and the consistency of the shampoo is little runny but it lathers well with a little quantity. The fragrance of this product is divine, it lasts in my hair for 2 days; if you have used their hair spa products in salons, it smells the same as the hair spa. After washing my hair feels soft, manageable and frizz free for almost 2-3 days. I’m using the shampoo and conditioner from the same range and I’m quite happy with the results. The product is good for washing off oiled hair in one go, you just need to wash with a decent-sized amount of the product according to your hair length. Overall, this product is perfect for dry hair beauties as it hydrates the hair shaft and the product works better than many high-end brands.

How to use LOreal Hair Spa Cream | Loreal Hair Spa Procedure

How to do Hair Spa At Home? So, today i am going to give you some tips on "How to do Hair Spa At Home" using L'Oreal Hair Spa. After reading this post you will know all the requirements and tips of How to do Hair Spa with L'Oreal Products and that too at your home by yourself.

How to use L’Oreal Hair Spa Cream?

Just follow me:

Hair spa treatment at salons is quite expensive. I have been doing hair spa at home since a few months and I find the result as good as getting it done in a salon. I don’t think I will be able to get myself a hair spa at a salon for a long time now. For "at home hair spa procedure treatment", you need to buy Loreal Hair Spa Nourishing Cream-bath, and vials of scalp concentrate according to your hair type.

Price:

INR 620 for the nourishing creambath. INR 120 for a vial of scalp concentrate.

You will need to buy a couple of vials.

What it claims:

How to use LOreal-L’Oreal Hair Spa at homeThe nourishing formula is based on purified water, a cationic agent and conditioning silicone. The hair gains manageability and softness. For healthy looking hair with beautiful shine.

Directions:

Shampoo and towel dry.

Mix one scoop of the nourishing cream-bath, with one vial of the selected scalp concentrate. Apply the mix with a brush to your scalp only. Take another scoop of cream bath only and work it to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair with your fingers.

Now you need your little sister, mother or if you are lucky enough, your hubby to give you a nice and relaxing head massage J .

Post massage, wrap your head in a hot towel. Leave for 10 minutes or more. (If you are not already familiar with the hot towel method, it is quite easy. Just soak a towel in hot water, take the towel out and squeeze out the water completely, and then wrap it around your head for 5-10 minutes. It works as an alternative to steam. You can repeat this process if required. Remember to squeeze all the hot water out of the towel, you don’t want to damage your hair. You can even wrap your head in a hot towel after oiling , or after using a deep conditioning mask.)

Rinse with water.

Results:

My hair feels great and smells heavenly. Also sometimes I simply use the creambath as a conditioner , without the scalp concentrate and the hot towel process. The nourishing cream bath jar will last for about 30 applications depending on the length of your hair.

How to Do Hair Spa at Home!

How to Do Hair Spa at Home!Hair spa today has become the most preferable treatment for damaged hair. If your hair looks malnourished, dry, brittle, and rough or with split ends, you are almost always advised to dohair spa treatment. However, a beauty parlour or hair salon might ask for a lot of money to make your hair look and feel good! Moreover, you need to have multiple sittings for your hair to get the desirable shine and strength. So, why not do hair spa at home?

Steps for At Home Hair Spa

There are 5 steps of hair spa- massaging, steaming, washing, conditioning and applying hair mask. As is obvious from these steps, we can easily do hair spa at home. At home hair spa is much cheaper as parlours will use branded hair cosmetics to do all these steps. More famous the brand, more will it cost. At home, you can use natural things to do hair spa. This will cost less and will be devoid of any chemicals that might harm your hair in the long run. Thus, At Home Hair Spa is easy to do, cheaper option and can be done regularly too! So let's know how to do hair spa at home!

Massaging Hair with Oil

Massaging Hair with Oil

At Home Hair Spa # 1 - Oil Massage

As the first step of hair spa at home, give a good massage to your hair with nourishing oil. This can be any one of the oils good for hair such as olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil. Massage the hair for about fifteen to twenty minutes.

Giving Steam to Oiled Hair

At Home Hair Spa # 2 -Hair Steaming

When you finish off with oil massaging, take some warm water and dip a towel in it. Squeeze and let out all the water from the towel. Now wrap this warm towel around your head covering all your hair. This helps oil penetrate deep into the scalp. This will take another 15-20 minutes.

Washing Hair with Shampoo

At Home Hair Spa # 3 - Shampooing

Now wash your hair with a mild shampoo. You can even let the oiled hair stay as it is for a night and wash the day after. If you are washing right away after steaming, remember to use lukewarm water for washing hair.

Applying Conditioner to Hair

At Home Hair Spa # 4 -Hair Conditioning

After shampooing, condition hair with a hair conditioner that suits your hair. You can even use natural hair conditioners like tea and lemon conditioner. For this, add tea leaves to boiling water and let it boil for another couple of minutes. Then strain it and let it cool down. Now take one lime and add its juice to the tea water. Rinse hair with this after shampooing.

Applying Hair Mask

Applying Hair Mask

At Home Hair Spa # 5 -Hair Mask

The last step of hair spa is to apply hair mask to your hair. This gives the required nourishment to hair and makes it shine and look fabulous. You can always buy a hair mask but to cut down on cost and to get benefits of natural things, you might also use natural hair masks.

Egg hair mask is suitable for all types of hair. Mix two eggs with some coconut oil and make a smooth mixture out of it. Now apply this to hair while massaging. Take whole eggs for normal hair but only egg whites for oily hair and egg yolk for dry brittle hair. Cover the hair with warm towel again for about twenty minutes and then wash off with shampoo.

It was as simple as that! You have now successfully done hair spa at home! Repeat the above procedure to do hair spa once a week for about a month. Thereafter you can do it once a month or as required. Regular Hair Spa at home will make your hair soft, shining, strong, manageable and superbly textured!

NATURAL HAIR SPA TREATMENT AT HOME

Today I will be introducing a procedure of home hair spa completely with natural skin care and hair care ingredients and which gives you the same result as a spa treatment. This procedure takes the same as the spa treatment in parlours
I followed this procedure just once and let me tell you I have never been happier with anything else I used on my hair
I have thick curly and frizzy hair chocolate brown in colour and have lots of splits. It’s a pain to control my hair and I normally give only natural treatments to my hair so far so good.

In this procedure you need

1. A mixture of oils like castor, olive, almond, coconut, and ghee for the oil treatment.
2. A mixture of beetroot juice without dilution and a concentration tea decoction for conditioning
3. Last but the main treatment which is a mask made of bananas, eggs, honey and milk. Also you can also add mayo if u like.
4. any mild shampoo like nyle or fiama di wills

Now let’s see the procedure in detail

Normally all spas use 4 steps of the treatment using various products and I followed the same only with natural ingredients
Now the first procedure of oiling.
hair spa at home

I mixed all the oils mentioned above and heated them to mix them better. You might be wondering about ghee but let me tell you that’s the most effective smoothening ingredient I ever used and keeps my hair smooth and silky which ever shampoo I use
So now I heated the mixture and made it warm enough to touch without burning. I took the oil with my fingers and distributed evenly into my hair strands concentrating on the scalp and massaging. My mom helped me in this a lot. After half an hour I used the shampoo. Dry your hair under sun if you can.

The next procedure is conditioning.

Grate a beetroot and squeeze to get juice and add tea decoction and mix well. You can use hibiscus flower powder as a base to hold it in your hair. I used banjaras hibiscus powder. This conditioner is extremely rich in iron, Vit A and all major vitamin. The minerals from beetroot, which also gives a beautiful maroon tinge and tea intensifies the colour of your hair and conditions it. Wait for half an hour and rinse only with warm water (no shampoo).

banana for hair

The next and final procedure is the mask

Get some ripe bananas. (you know how they get black? the blacker the better) One is enough if you have more than just shoulder length hair, two if you have longer hair. And add quarter cup of milk, 3 table-spoons of honey and egg white from 2 eggs, and blend them to get a fine paste. Put them in a mixer grinder to get a fine paste. You can add coconut oil also. Use only the pure coconut oil as the market ones have bleach in them to get the clear colour, and turn your hair grey sooner than you would like.
This is how pure one looks. I added coconut oil and the mask smelt like a coconut chocolate …yummy. Banana is rich in vitamins and is a great hair softener and treats damaged hair due to environmental conditions and good for splits. Milk – semi straightens hair and provides protein, eggs as well have the same effect as milk while honey cleanses, deodorizes and conditions the hair. Apply the mask all over your hair and cover with a shower cap, wait for half an hour and rinse and shampoo to get the oil out. The banana may require extra water to get it out. Dry your hair.
I followed this procedure meticulously and you would not believe the effects. My hair was silky-smooth and didn’t get frizzy at all for 4 days straight even though I didn’t shampoo again. The colour was a rich burgundy and shone like a mirror and the shine stayed for 7 days almost. My curls were bouncy but in control and extremely soft to touch. My splits are less too. The mask is one of the best homemade masks I used.
I would recommend this procedure to every woman who wants beautiful hair without the expense of a parlour on their pockets and as it’s completely natural no side effects …yahoo! Please try this and let me know girls. Have a great day.

How to do Hair Spa At Home

How to do Hair Spa At Home? So, today i am going to give you some tips on "How to do Hair Spa At Home". After reading this post you will know all the requirements and tips of How to do Hair Spa and that too at your home by yourself. Trust me you gonna do all these things by using natural ingredients only, just follow these few points/steps:

Taking care of hair is one of the most difficult things. Dirt, dust, heat, chemicals, pollution and many other enemies are waiting to damage your hair which is why your hair deserves some extra pampering apart from oiling. Of course, salon treatments are always an option but why shell out big bucks for them when you can get the same at half the cost with natural ingredients at home?Sounds good, doesn't it? Try out the hair treatment given below once every week and I assure you, your hair will thank you for it. Let’s begin:
  • The first step you need to do is oil and massage your hair with almond oil. Almond oil has vitamin E and D which is said to nourish hair, make it long and thick, control hair fall and add shine and bounce to your hair. I can vouch for almost all these benefits. Massage the oil well into your scalp. I highly recommend Bajaj Almond Drops oil. It just costs Rs. 46 for 100 ml. and works like a dream. This product has been in the market for years but I never had the good sense to give it a try and now I deeply regret it. But never too late to begin, right?? Leave on overnight or for about 1-2 hours. Remember, never step out with oiled hair because it’ll attract dust and make matters worse.
  • Next step would be to lightly steam your hair. Use a small handy steam machine to do so for a good 5 minutes. Ensure that you don’t feel any steam on your scalp. If you steam your hair properly, you won’t feel anything on your scalp. You might need to get someone to do this for you. If you don’t have a machine, dip a towel in hot water and wrap it around your hair. Do this 4-5 times. I however advise you to check first if your scalp doesn’t react to this because using a very hot towel can cause your scalp to break out into tiny pus filled boils.
  • The last step would be to apply a hair pack. You can use a ready one like Richfeel’s Brahmi hair pack which is highly effective and definitely worth trying.
Alternately, you can make your own as per your hair’s requirements. I’ve given a few below :

For Dandruff :

Mix 2 tbsp. henna powder, 2 tsp. amla powder, 2 tsp. shikakai powder and 2 tsp. reetha powder in water and apply it on your scalp only. Leave on for 1 hour and wash off with water. The oil applied earlier will prevent the henna from giving color. This pack is very good for dandruff.

For Dry Hair :

Beat an egg and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tsp of honey to it. Leave for 20 minutes and wash of with lukewarm water only. This pack is good for

For Oily Hair :

Mix fresh aloe vera pulp with a few drops of lemon juice and leave on for 15 minutes.

For Damaged Hair :

Mash a ripe avocado and mix it with 2 tbsp. of curd.

For Dull Hair :

Mix 1 tsp honey and 1 tbsp soaked fenugreek seeds in 3 tbsp curd. Apply it on your hair for 30 minutes.
Finally, shampoo and condition as usual and towel dry and say hello to gorgeous hair!! You have to try it out to know what I’m talking about. I assure you compliments will come rushing in your direction. However, do remember to stay away from harsh chemicals and colors. Nothing is going to help if you keep on torturing your hair time and again. So try out these treatments and get healthy hair you’ve always dreamed of.
