Is that extra cup of COFFEE adding to your STRESS????
Too many cups of tea and coffee or cans of soft drinks can result in insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, irritability nausea or other gastrointestinal problems, fast or irregular heartbeat, muscle tremors, headaches and anxiety. To keep these health conditions away, gradually change your caffeine (or sugar intake) habits:
- Pay attention to how much caffeine you are getting from foods and beverages.
- Cut back gradually. Drink one less can of soda or drink a smaller cup of coffee each day. This will help your body get used to the lower levels of caffeine.
- When making tea, brew forless time to cut down on caffeine content. Or opt for herbal teas, which don't contain stimulant.
